I’m Lyndon. I started coaching in 2019 because I kept watching strong, capable women try to shrink themselves smaller, chasing a version of fitness that didn’t fit their lives. Six years in, this is what I know to be true: the body responds to consistency, not intensity. The mind responds to compassion, not punishment. And nothing sustainable was ever built in six weeks.
